What are the shipping charges?
Free shipping on orders over ৳1000. Otherwise, shipping charges vary by location (Inside Dhaka: ৳50, Outside Dhaka: ৳100).
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka: 1-2 business days. Outside Dhaka: 2-4 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order from "My Orders" section or use the Track Order page.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product.

We offer a 7-day easy return policy for defective or damaged products. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
